Verily works with a network of care providers to review your health information using standard screening guidelines. You’ll receive screening suggestions in the app for you to review and bring to your next provider visit. Based on your records you may see screening suggestions for diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure.

Health records in multiple portals? That’s a thing of the past. Verily Me gathers your records in one place so licensed providers can give you personalized recommendations about your health.

Say goodbye to jumping from app to app, and remembering multiple logins. Verily does the work to gather your health records from multiple doctors and systems, and device data through Apple Health Kit and Google Health Connect to provide you with health recommendations from licensed providers. See information like medications, procedures, vaccines, conditions, test results, and more. We use one or more Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) to securely access your information with your consent, just like your primary care provider. HIEs might not include your whole health history. Providers must agree to share data for records to be available on HIEs.

Upload a picture of a government issued ID in the app. You can use a passport, driver’s license, military ID, etc. This allows us to match your records securely and helps ensure that you—and only you—can view your information in the app. Your ID will not be used for anything other than identity verification. Once we confirm your identity, Verily can bring together your electronic records from one or more Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) so licensed providers can review them to provide you with personalized recommendations.

After you upload a picture of your ID, we ask that you take a selfie as another form of identification. This is an additional step we take to ensure the secure pull of your private health records. Your selfie will not be used for anything other than identity verification. Why a selfie? Taking a picture of yourself is an added security measure called “live proof,” which makes it hard for someone else to impersonate you. It’s an extra layer of protection for you and your health information. You may have used live proof identification in other situations where safety and privacy are very important, such as ride share services or age verification.

With your consent, we can securely match and gather your health records so licensed providers can give you personalized recommendations. Once you’re verified, we’ll send you a notification when your health recommendations are available. It may take some time for your information to show up in the app. We use one or more Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) to gather your health records in the app for licensed providers to review. It’s important to note that HIEs may not include your entire medical history. Not all providers agree to share data with HIEs. And in some cases, providers who have opted in may not share certain types of records. This can include paper records or sensitive health areas like mental health or fertility-related care. Your health information belongs with you. We believe that’s the first step to getting care that’s true to you. Start your personalized health journey today.

Verily Me is a free app that provides a truly integrated and intuitive experience to support you on your health journey. Verily Me provides personalized health recommendations from licensed providers, based on a review of your medical history from multiple providers and health systems. In the app, you can:<ul><li>Get personalized recommendations from providers: Licensed clinicians review your relevant patient records across multiple providers and health systems and provide health recommendations tailored just for you.</li><li>Use your health history in treatment: After receiving your health recommendations, you can view your records in order to inform conversations with your providers.</li><li>Ask Violet, your private AI companion: Violet is available to answer questions about your health record in a safe and protected place. You can ask questions like “When was my last flu vaccination?”, “Remind me what happened at my last doctor’s appointment?”, and more.</li><li>Snap and track meals: You can log your meals with the snap of a photo to receive real-time feedback and nutrition tips.</li><li>Choose to participate in research opportunities: You can consent to participate in Verily’s Lifelong Health Study, a real-world research registry.</li></ul>

To join Verily Me, you must be 18 or older. You must also live in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. U.S. territories are excluded.

No, you can download the app at no cost and there is no insurance copay. Features in the Verily Me Standard program are free to all users. You may also qualify for enrollment to our enhanced program called Lightpath, which expands access to our care team and other app features through your insurer or employer as a benefit to you.
